My ex partner's sister has posted a photograph of herself, other family members, myself and one of my children as a baby onto facebook. I want the picture removing.

I do not post photographs of my children on facebook as I believe that the internet is not a safe place to post pictures of minors.

I don't like the fact that she has posted a photograph of me without my permission let alone one that includes my young child! I am not directly linked with her on facebook yet I am linked with her brother hence me being able to view the picture.

I've had a 'read up' on 'rights', 'terms of use', 'Intellectualy property infringement' and the rest yet cannot seem to find anything which covers this issue.

This may seem petty to some but I have a deep belief that photos of children should remain private and not displayed publicly unless consent from BOTH parents has been obtained!
